Police in Kazo District are investigating a case of murder by cutting of two elderly persons Baryahebwa John aged 96years a peasant resident of Buremba central cell in Kizohwa Parish Buremba Town Council Kazo District and his wife Kenyangi Zeldah aged 86years old both cut to death by use of pangas in their home in the night of 23rd September 2023 at an unknown time
It’s alleged that unknown persons on the night of 23rd September 2023 at an unknown time attacked the home of the deceased’s cut them to death with pangas
According to preliminary investigations, it was established that the deceased had domestic issues with their son over land
A police dog was also introduced to the scene and it tracked down one Bainomugisha Godwin who is helping us in our investigations into the murder
The bodies of the deceased were taken to Kazo Health Center IV for postmortem but inquiries into the matter are still ongoing.
