After nearly two decades of transformative leadership, Sr. Gladys Kachope has concluded her remarkable 19-year tenure as the headmistress of Immaculate Heart Girls Nyakibale. Known for her unwavering dedication to grooming the girl child, Sr. Kachope joined the institution in 2006 and has since become a pivotal figure in shaping the school’s legacy of academic excellence and holistic education.

During her time at Immaculate Heart, Sr. Kachope oversaw numerous achievements, including improved academic performance, infrastructural development, and the empowerment of thousands of young women who have excelled in various fields. Her tenure was marked by a commitment to nurturing discipline, spirituality, and excellence among her students.

Sr. Kachope’s next destination is Boni Consilii Girls’ Vocational Secondary School in Isingiro district, where she will continue her mission of empowering young women through education.

She will be replaced by Sr. Tumusime Sabina, who has been the deputy headmistress at Immaculate Heart Girls’ School.
