Tukwasiibwe Epaphrus, a resident of Garuka Cell, expressed frustration over the collapse of Rushaaya Bridge, highlighting its importance to service seekers and providers, including students, patients, and traders from Bikurungu Town Council, Bwambara Sub County headquarters, and Kihiihi Town Council. He emphasized the expensive alternative route through Bwambara Parish.
