A 34-year-old man in Ntungamo has been apprehended by the police on allegations of murdering his nephew, dismembering the body, and then giving the remains to his wife to cook.
The suspect, identified as Mr. Nelson Tumwikirize, was turned in to the authorities by concerned residents after his wife discovered the grisly scene and reported it to her father-in-law.
