Honorable Naboth Namanya has officially been nominated to contest for the Rubabo Member of Parliament seat on the People’s Front for Freedom (PFF) ticket.
Speaking shortly after his nomination, Namanya emphasized his commitment to honesty and transparency, stating that speaking the truth is what Ugandans expect from their leaders. As the current MP for Rubabo, he highlighted the various services and projects he has championed during his tenure in Parliament.
Namanya also expressed concern over the recent detentions of prominent figures, including Col. Dr. Kiiza Besigye, Obeid Lutale Kamulegyeya, and Sam Mugumya, whose whereabouts remain unknown. He described these actions as indicative of a lack of integrity and political intolerance in the current leadership.
Urging the people of Rubabo to entrust him with their votes, Hon. Namanya promised to prioritize service delivery in key sectors, including education, health, infrastructure, and security. He affirmed that he would continue to stand by the truth and work tirelessly for the development of his constituency.
