The Bishop Annual Appeal Fund event is currently underway in Rukungiri at Nyakibale Catholic Parish, aiming to raise funds for establishing a commercial building in Kabale town along the Kabale-Mbarara road. The Bishop of Kabale Diocese, Rt. Rev. Callist Rubaramira, who is leading the mass.
The chief guest, Mr. Earnest Katara, who is vying for the Rubabo County parliamentary seat, has joined other notable leaders, including the Rukungiri Municipality MP, Dr. Elisa Rutahirwa, former Rubabo legislator Hon. Mary Paula Turyahikayo, and former Rukungiri District Woman MP, Hon. Betty Muzanira.
