Police in Sheema District are investigating circumstances under which a decomposing body of a middle-aged man was discovered in Nyanga ward.
Marcial Tumusiime the greater Bushenyi police spokesperson confirmed the incident saying the decomposing body was found in
Rushoroza East Cell, Nyanga ward, Kabwohe division in Sheema municipality.
According to Tumwebaze George, 54, a businessman and a resident of Rushoroza cell, Nyanga Ward, Kabwohe division who reported the case to police said on 24th July 2023, he was walking around his farm and discovered a decomposing body.
He said the body was of a male adult of black race, aged between 27-30 years who was putting on a black T-shirt without a trouser and underwear and had an injury on the lower left leg and buttocks.
Tumusiime said the body was conveyed to Kabwohe health center IV for postmortem.
