Bishop Johnson Twinomujuni of West Ankole Diocese has urged young people to adopt a positive attitude towards education, which he emphasized as a key to their success.

Speaking during a dedication service for Senior 4 and Senior 6 students at Kyabugimbi Secondary School in Bushenyi District, Bishop Twinomujuni noted that many people fail in life due to a negative mindset and laziness.

The bishop also advised students to avoid participating in strikes, describing them as a sign of ignorance. He encouraged them to find alternative, constructive ways to address their grievances rather than resorting to the destruction of school property.

Alex Musinguzi, the school’s headteacher, expressed gratitude to the bishop for consistently promoting unity and supporting church projects, including church-founded schools.

During the service, 145 Senior 4 and 90 Senior 6 students were dedicated to God ahead of their upcoming Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) examinations. The bishop also commissioned the construction of two dormitory blocks for boys.
