Police in Bushenyi District are investigating circumstances under which an 8-year-old boy died in an accident.
The accident involves a motor vehicle registration number UBM 153U Canter blue in color from Global Tea Factory LTD Bushenyi that was driven by Joakim Baluku.
Marcial Tumusiime the greater Bushenyi police spokesperson identified the deceased as a male juvenile Ashiraf Akashabamukama of Ruhumiro village, Ruhumuro sub-county district.
He said the accident occurred on Wednesday at around 3:30 Pm within the same zone.
Tumusiime said police visited the scene of crime and sketched it and the body of the deceased was conveyed to Kitagata Morgue for postmortem.
