A total of 5662 candidates in Kanungu district are sitting for their primary leaving examinations that start today

 This was revealed by Shaban Adams, The Kanungu district inspector of schools during an exclusive interview with our reporter at his office yesterday.

 He added that the candidates will be writing their exams at 70 examination sitting centers across the district and    227 invigilators and 70 supervisors have already been deployed to oversee the exercise across the district.

 He   revealed that the district received the examination papers yesterday evening   ahead of the distribution this morning before the exams starts at 9: 00am.

Meanwhile a total of 3,771 candidates from 106 primary schools in Kabale district are set to sit for primary leaving examinations slated to kick off tosay .

According to district inspector of schools, Wilberforce Nabaasa, they have selected experienced drivers to ensure that there is no late delivery of exams at examination centers.

In Rubanda district, a total of 4,015 candidates were registered and are all ready to also sit for primary leaving examinations according to Francis Serununu the district education officer
