2,306 students are set to graduate from the National Teachers College (NTC) in Kabale District.
The college’s principal, Annet Komunda, announced that the graduation ceremony will be held tomorrow at the college premises in Central Division, Kabale Municipality.
Speaking to the press today, Komunda confirmed that the Minister of Education and Sports, Janet Kataaha Museveni, is expected to attend as the Chief Guest.
Among the graduates, 998 are female, and 1,308 are male. They will receive diplomas in primary education, secondary education, early childhood education, and certificates in early childhood education.
Komunda also mentioned that this will be the last graduation ceremony awarding diplomas, as the institution transitions to awarding degrees in the future.
