Police in Kisoro District have arrested a 19-year-old man on allegations of raping his 60-year-old aunt for over six hours.
The suspect, identified as Turinayo Lawrence, is a resident of Chintare Village in Nyakinama Sub County. The victim is Friday Peace Naomi, also from the same area.
CLO Kisoro Arinitwe Boaz reported that the incident occurred on Tuesday night.
Lawrence allegedly attacked his aunt’s home, forcing her into sexual acts while threatening her. Boaz stated that Lawrence has been charged with rape and incest.
Friday Peace Naomi confirmed the incident to our reporter, condemning the actions of her nephew.
Turinayo Lawrence, the suspect, blames his actions on alcohol but also denies the allegations.
