The power of a traditional healer has shocked residents in Nyakabande Sub County in Kisoro district after the astonishing abilities rendered immobile two Security Guards attached to Kisoro Technical Institute after being accused of pilfering food from the school’s storage facilities.

Kisoro Technical Institute, employing three security guards – namely, Habumugisha James, Habumugisha Robert, and Tukamushaba Edison – encountered an unfortunate incident on a Thursday night when unidentified individuals robbed the premises.

Tukamushaba Edison disclosed that he was the sole security guard on duty during the night of the robbery, as his colleagues claimed to be unwell.

In response to the theft, the Technical School management instructed the police to apprehend all the security guards. However, their detention proved short-lived, as they were released due to insufficient evidence.

Sources with close ties to the situation informed our correspondent that a member of the teaching staff resorted to seeking the assistance of a traditional healer named Katapapa Salongo. To finance Katapapa’s intervention, contributions were collected from both students and the general public.

In a matter of moments, an extraordinary occurrence transpired. The two security guards, Habumugisha James and Habumugisha Robert experienced a sudden incapacity to move, a state that emerged following the traditional healer’s rituals.

Eyewitness testimonies recount that the two men remained motionless following the traditional healer’s ceremonial practices.

In explaining his vocation, Katapapa Salongo conveyed that his expertise is rooted in traditional and cultural medicine, which, according to him, yields tangible results.

Regrettably, our correspondent was unable to independently verify the precise methodologies and efficacy of the traditional healer’s practices.
