Residents of the the South western region who have been traveling for long distances and paying heavily for urology services are set to benefit from a highly specialized and heavily subsidized services in a camp being organized at C.O.U Bwindi Community hospital located in Bwindi- Buhoma town council – kanungu district.
The camp will run from 20th March to 2nd April 2022 by visiting team of specialist from Switzerland.
The specialists use sophisticated technology and equipment.

Oyesiga Barnabas, The hospital.s communications officer says Screening and booking of patients is going on at the hospital and other centres like Rugarama hospital, Kambuga Hospital, among others .
He said the services have been subsidized to enable the facility continue providing quality health care to people in need .
Bwindi Community Hospital was founded in 2003 by Scott and Carol Kellermann. It began as an outreach clinic under a tree, and has grown into a 112-bed hospital providing health care and health education services to a population of over 100,000 people in Uganda.
