President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has encouraged married couples to respect one another to build strong marriages. His message, delivered by the Minister of Finance (General Duties), Henry Musasizi, was shared during the giveaway ceremony for Daphine Kamahoro, daughter of Isiah Byarugaba Kanyamahane, the Kamwenge Resident District Commissioner. The event took place at the White Horse Inn Hotel in Kabale Municipality yesterday.
President Museveni advised couples to build their families on a solid foundation of Godly values and congratulated RDC Kanyamahane and his wife on the Kuhingira of their daughter Kamahoro. He expressed his strong support for the National Resistance Movement (NRM) party and praised RDC Kanyamahane as a dedicated cadre and mobilizer. The President highlighted RDC Kanyamahane’s significant role in student and youth leadership in the Kigezi sub-region.
As a token of appreciation, President Museveni contributed 20 million shillings to RDC Kanyamahane and his family. Minister Musasizi also commended RDC Kanyamahane for his calm and composed demeanor.
