Police in Bushenyi District are examining the circumstances surrounding a six-year-old juvenile’s defilement.
The incident occurred in Migina Cell, Ryeishe Parish, Ibaare Sub-County, Bushenyi District.
Marcial Tumusiime, the Greater Bushenyi Police spokesperson, verified the event and identified the victim as a six-year-old inhabitant of the above-mentioned home.
He identified the culprit as Rodgers Behangana 15, who also lived at the above-mentioned address.
It is claimed that on May 19, 2023, at 4:00 p.m., the suspect approached the victim for sexual intercourse and then offered her bread, which she accepted.
Later, Evelyn saw the victim bleeding and phoned the mother, Alice Tumukunde Alice 32, to report the incident.
