Police in Kabale is holding two suspects who were arrested during today’s operation against marijuana smokers.
Elly Maate the Kigezi region police spokesman has identified the suspects in custody as Edgar Natumanya 32 and Justus Tumwehe 32 years both residents of Nyakijumba.
They were arrested today the 25/07/2022 around noon at Kigongi along river Kiruruma in Kabale municipality amongst many others who ran in disarray when they saw the police.
Maate says the operations will continue to crack down on those involved in acts of drug abuse that leads them into criminal activities.
Maate says the youth should avoid criminality and focus their strength and capacity on developmental activities
