Thousands of mourners gathered in Rwakabengo ward, southern division of Rukungiri municipality, on Sunday to pay their final respects to Bwesigye Frank, the former driver of Kasaaba buses.
Frank, aged 45, passed away suddenly at Karoli Lwanga Hospital on Friday due to kidney and intestinal failure, as determined by doctors.
Mourners and others remembered the deceased, who also served as a former southern division district councilor, as a loving, caring, good-hearted, and hardworking individual. He will be deeply missed, particularly within the transport sector.
He is survived by his wife and four children.
