Preliminary reports from Primary Leaving Examinations (PLE) results in Mbarara and Isingiro districts suggest outstanding academic performance, with boys taking the lead.
Among the well-performed subjects at Shabana Nursery and Primary School in Kamubeizi town council, Isingiro district, Mrs. Byarugaba Beatrice, the director, highlighted English as the top-performing paper, followed by social studies, with science securing the third position.
Shabana Memorial Nursery and Primary School, guided by the motto “Education Is the Future,” achieved commendable results, with sixteen students attaining division one and eight in division two. A total of twenty-four pupils who took the PLE in 2023 contributed to this success.
Expressing her joy, Mrs. Byarugaba extended gratitude to parents, teachers, and students for their collective support in maintaining a high-quality education system at the school. She emphasized the importance of embracing such educational standards.
Niwahereza Musa emerged as the top performer at Shabana Memorial Nursery and Primary School, achieving an impressive five aggregates.
The District Education Officer of Isingiro, Nkuba Godfrey, commended Endinzi Parents Primary School for its exceptional academic performance. He expressed excitement about the forthcoming complete results, assuring that once the computation is thoroughly done, the overall performance will be officially released.
