Thousands of Christians from Kabale Diocese and outside the Diocese have thronged at St Mary’s Cathedral Church-Rushoroza in Kabale Municipality to grace the ordination of Four Deacons into Priesthood.
The Ordination Mass is presided over by the Archbishop of Mbarara Archdiocese, His Grace Lambert Beinomugisha accompanied by the Bishop of Kabale Diocese, Rt Rev Callistus Rubaramira.
The Mass started Sunday morning at 11:00 Am with a procession of Priests, Deacons to be Ordained led by Archbishop Beinomugisha.
The Deacons are; Rev Dr Davis Ahimbisiibwe, Crescent Niwamanya both from Rushoroza Cathedral Parish, Fabias Ariganyira from Christ the King Parish- Kabale, and Henry Moses Ariho from Kitanga Parish in Rukiga District.
The chief guest at the function is Minister of Information Communication Technology and National Guidance, Dr Chris Baryomunsi accompanied by the Kabale District Woman Member of Parliament, Hon Catherine Ndamira Atwakiire, and Ndorwa East County Member of Parliament, Hon Wilfred Niwagaba.
