Police in Kabale is investigating circumstances surrounding the death of 34-year-old Hussein Mubangizi a casual laborer of Ruhita cell Rushaki ward Southern division Kabale municipality/district.
According to Elly Maate the Kigezi region police spokesman the area chairperson Bashir Abdallah received a phone call from the neighbor of the deceased identified as Mwetise who informed him that the deceased had not opened his house since Saturday and they had been knocking on his door but not getting a response
According to Maate the area chairman personally went to the deceaseds residence and opened the window to his room only to find him lying dead on his bed with his legs on the floor.
He immediately reported the matter to Kabale Central police station and scene was visited and documented,
Maate says the and body was conveyed to Kabale regional referral hospital mortuary for postmortem to ascertain the cause of death.
