The territorial police of Rubanda are investigating circumstances surrounding the death of an unidentified male adult, whose body was on Tuesday discovered in a trench at Mutakyengwa village Ruhonwa parish Hamurwa Sub County along Kisoro Kabale district.
As reported, on Tuesday 26th September 2023 at around 10:00 am, one of the residents found the unidentified dead body in a trench at the above address and notified the area chairperson Charles Musekura who also reported the matter at Hamurwa police station for further management.
The Rubanda district CID D/SP Mbaine Denis and the team visited the scene for examination and the body was taken to Kabale Hospital mortuary for postmortem.
Commenting on the matter, Elly Mate the Kigezi region police spokesperson asked that anyone missing a dear visit Kabale Hospital mortuary so that the deceased is identified and taken for a decent burial.
