Kyamakanda Senior Secondary in  Buyanja sub-county Rukungiri district school administration has come up to explain an incident where two students died mysteriously in two days.

According to the school head teacher  David Turyamusiima, the first student who was identified as  Shidura Kiconco a senior four student of around 19 years from Kyatoko ward Rukungiri municipality who was laid to rest on Monday was taken by his parents to seek medication after developing complications at who later took him to Nyakibale hospital where she died from Sunday morning.

He added that he received a phone call about sad news from parents which shocked them.

Furthermore, the second student was Easter Kyoshabire, a senior six student of around 22 years from Kajunju village in Ruhinda Sub County.

He revealed that Kyoshabire had a challenge of mental health which could disturb her and she had just started schooling in Kampala but later due to this complication, her parents brought her near so that they can monitor her health.

The headteacher said this student had spent a week at home and on Sunday upon returning to school for studies, the situation changed and the school authorities took her for medication and later informed the parents.

Few hours after the school authorities left her with the parents, they were informed through a phone call that she had also passed away which became a black day for the school to lose two candidates in two days.

    So sad but let us pray had for God’s mercy because such moments break hearts. I lost my OG at Kabale University in the same way. But God is always with us. Other wise thanks for informing us about what is at home.Nice stay.
