Police in Sheema District are investigating circumstances under which a business man was struggled to death
Baritogwe Lauben 49 years a resident of Kikore 1cell Buraro ward Kitagata town council in the Sheema District a renowned cattle dealer in the area was struggled to death an unknown amount of money taken.
According to Muhozi Cristopher a police officer attached to Kitagata police station , the incident happened on night of 30/01/2023 and was reported on 31/01/2023 at :955Am.
it’s alleged that the deceased left home on 30/01/2023 evening heading to Kikore 1 trading center for evening leisure but he did not return home.
His body was discovered the following day lying in a banana plantation belonging to Tunanukye Gaston about 200 meters away from the deceased’s home.
Marcial Tumusiime the greater Bushenyi police spokesperson says , police have arrested one Kyobutungi Denavence 42 , the wife of the deceased and three others to help in investigations.
