The police in Rubanda have arrested 38 years old Tukamuhabwa Yarid a resident of Karengyere trading center Karengyere parish Muko sub county Rubanda district, for the alleged murder of his wife Scovia Kobusingye after they fought as a result of the domestic violence.
It’s alleged that on Friday 25th August 2023 at around 04:00h pm at Karengyere Trading Centre, the suspect who is the husband of the deceased had domestic issues leading to a fight and the suspect hit the wife with a stool on the head and she died instantly.
The suspect was immediately arrested by the locals and taken to Muko police station where is detained currently.
The scene was visited and documented and the postmortem was done.
