North Kigezi health center four Rugarama has acquired a mind ray ultrasound DC 40 scan machine worth 89 million to enable them get quality scan results in a bid to promote health service delivery.
The mind ray DC 40 scan machine is a value-range color-doppler ultrasound that specializes in the care of women during pregnancy and childbirth and in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the female reproductive organs.
Dr Albert Kaganzi says that the newly acquired mind ray DC 40 scan machine can do intensive investigations in all organs of the body in men, pediatrics, and women.
Dr Kaganzi further says that the newly acquired machine can take colored pictures and can work on more than 500 scans a month which their old machine could not.
