The Grade One Magistrate Court in Kanungu Town Council, Kanungu District, has today adjourned the case against Natukwatsa Wilkins Honest, accused of defrauding the land titles of Great Lakes Regions University, to June 28, 2024.
Presiding over the court, Grade One Magistrate His Worship Mukoobi Athanathious requested both the complainant and the accused to present their witnesses.
During the proceedings, Dr. Hamlet Kabushenga, the complainant, informed the honorable court that he is prepared for the hearing on June 28.
The accused, Honest Wilkins, also indicated his readiness for his defense.
In an interview with our reporter, Honorable Dr. Hamlet Kabushenga expressed confidence that the court will act professionally and deliver a fair decision.
However, Honest Wilkins denies all the charges against him.
