Rev. Ezra Mwesigwa, the vicar of All Saints Church Ntungamo, delivered a message to P7 candidates during the dedication ceremony of 58 students from Mutanoga Primary School at St. Peters Mutanoga Church of Uganda. He emphasized the importance of patience and trust in God, stating that God is the source of wisdom, knowledge, and everything on Earth.
Rev. Mwesigwa encouraged the candidates and the Christian community, highlighting that God can make a way even when it seems impossible, and that things may not always go according to their wishes. He urged the students to remain focused, determined, and disciplined in their studies, and to endure the challenges and trials that come their way, as they can be opportunities to serve in the Lord’s Kingdom.
During the dedication ceremony, Rev. Mwesigwa was joined by Rev. Francis Bamunoba and lay reader Muhimbuura Lauben. The head teacher of Mutanoga Primary School, Muramuzi Lauben, expressed gratitude for reaching the dedication day before the national examinations. He also praised the school’s recent performance, ranking fifth in the diocese examination. Muramuzi thanked parents for their support and encouraged them to continue sending their children to Mutanoga Primary School due to its affordability. He also acknowledged the collaboration of the school staff and committees in the academic and physical development of the school.
Other speakers at the event included the Chairman of the School Management Committee, Bitariho Polly, and the PTA Chairman, Tindyebwa Bernard.
