The North Kigezi Diocesan Education coordinator Sabiiti Kenneth Baabo has advised parents to stop spoiling their children by allowing them to behave without restrictions when they join institutions of higher learning.
He was yesterday speaking at the swearing-in ceremony of new board members and gifting of the best performers in the Uganda Certificate of Education and Advanced certificate examinations of Education at Katurika Secondary School in Buhunga Sub-county, Rukungiri District.
Asasira Bridget who got 16 points and Katusime Faith who got 15 points at Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (S.6) received luggage bags and the other 7 students who got first grade at Senior 4 received Mattresses donated by a board member who is also an Old Boy Benon Kahangi.

Sabiiti Kenneth Baabo noted that some parents have a habit of allowing their children to dress the way they want, dodge homestead activities, and make their own decisions when they join university.
The Chairperson Board who was retained for another term of office Asiimwe Robinson charged students to develop self-esteem.
The School Headteacher Muhumuza Sam noted that the school is excelling because they do not tolerate indisciplined students
He called on the government to deploy more teachers and construct more buildings since the enrollment is increasing and the existing buildings are dilapidated.
