Authorities and security operatives from Kebisoni sub county Rukungiri District are on the alert after a fuel truck overturned along the Rukungiri Ntungamo Road.
The truck registration number UAP 648C belonging to Japs fuel company overturned this morning around 5:00AM a few metres from Kahengye bridge which links Ntungamo and Rukungiri districts .
The cause of the accident has not yet been established .
Police and other security operatives have been deployed to guard the scene as fuel continues to spill out of the truck
