The central government in partnership with the Rukungiri district local government is working on the installation of an elevator lift on the district administration block to help the elderly and lame access offices in the upper floors.
The LC5 chairperson Geoffrey Kyomukama says that the need for a lift on the administration block is so essential because many people especially the elderly and lame have been having a hard time accessing some offices.
